Build it your way. Not the template's way.
Most field-service tools give you presets and call it "customization." Meridian lets you author the actual product (your intake forms, your automations, your workflow stages, even what you call a job) and run it all under your own brand and domain.
- Your forms, your domain
- Your automations
- Your words
Quote request
Four things you author, not us
Forms. Automations. Workflows. Words.
Each one is a real builder inside Settings: point-and-click, no developer required, no "request a customization" ticket.
Intake & quote-request forms
Drag fields together, add conditional show/hide logic, repeatable sections, and validation. Publish to your own domain at /f/… and route every submission straight into your pipeline. Build it at Settings → Forms.
Automations
A plain "when X happens, do Y" engine. Triggers (a form submitted, a job, quote, or invoice event) fire actions: send an email or SMS, notify your team, request an e-signature, create a record, or call a webhook. Settings → Automations.
Workflows & statuses
Define your own lifecycle stages and the transitions between them, for jobs, quotes, and invoices. Your process, not a fixed pipeline you have to bend around. Settings → Workflows.
Your words
Rename "Job" to "Service Call," "Ticket," "Project," or whatever your team actually says. The whole product picks up your terminology. Settings → Terminology.
See it in motion
Your workflow, your states, your colors
Rename, add, remove, or recolor any pipeline stage for jobs, quotes, invoices, and bookings, and every board updates the moment you save.
Presets aren't customization.
Jobber and Housecall Pro give you templates. Zoho FSM is described as "rigid." With Meridian, the forms, automations, workflows, and nomenclature are yours to build, published under your logo, colors, and domain. Real white-label, not a paint job. See branded mini-site →
