Meridian Cloud started inside a moving company, not a Silicon Valley accelerator. We built it because nothing on the market consolidated the eight tools we were paying for. Now we ship it to everyone.

Our story

Built by people who run the work.

Meridian Cloud comes from the team behind Mint Moving Co., a moving company in Lubbock, TX, led by owner Benjamin Arney. Running a real service business, we were stitching every day together across a stack of disconnected tools (scheduling in one app, invoicing in another, payroll in a third) and re-keying the same information between them every morning.

So we built the platform we wished we had: one place to quote, schedule, dispatch, invoice, get paid, and run payroll, designed by people who actually do this work, not just build software for it.

The thesis is simple: small service businesses are running on stacks designed for either solo operators (Calendly + Stripe Standalone) or enterprise fleets (ServiceTitan). There's nothing in the middle that actually fits. We're building that middle.

Every feature ships first to Mint Moving Co., our customer zero. If it doesn't make their day easier, we don't ship it.

Pricing transparent, always

Free to run. You keep 100% of every invoice; your customer covers a small checkout fee. No upsell calls. No per-user surprises. We win when you grow, not when you misread our pricing page.

AI as utility, not as theater

AI features have to actually save time. If we can't demonstrate the time savings, we don't ship the feature.

Built to last

We invest in reliability, security, and clean engineering, so the software ages with you instead of against you.
