Mint Moving Co.
Moving · Lubbock, TX. A 4-person mover, and the company Meridian Cloud is built and dogfooded on every day.
The challenge
Like a lot of small service businesses, Mint Moving was running on a pile of disconnected tools: separate apps for scheduling, accounting, marketing, payroll, and payments that didn't talk to each other. Time disappeared into reconciling numbers between systems, quotes slipped through the cracks, and double-bookings happened when two systems disagreed about the calendar.
The solution
Mint became Meridian Cloud's customer zero in March 2026. As we build, the goal is to fold those scattered tools into one place: quoting, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, payments, and payroll on a single database, with one app the crew uses in the field. Mint runs on what we ship, so every feature has to earn its keep before anyone else sees it.
